As a Fragrances Consultant, you will embark on an aromatic journey that combines passion, expertise, and excellence in the world of perfumes and fragrances. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customers' sensory experiences by assisting them in selecting fragrances that not only suit their personal preferences but also elevate their overall aesthetic and lifestyle. You will be a brand ambassador, responsible for conveying the luxury and subtle nuances of each fragrance, leaving an indelible impression on every client you interact with. Dedication to client satisfaction, an eye for personal and seasonal trends, and a deep understanding of the complexities behind every scent will be key components of your day-to-day activities. Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the latest trends in the fragrances industry.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various fragrance families and their unique characteristics.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring fragrance products are well-stocked and organized.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Support promotional activities and events to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and inform product improvements.
  • Work with management to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards within the fragrance area.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or fragrance consultation is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a talent for customer relationship building.
  • Strong passion and understanding of the fragrance industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and features.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and basic computer applications.
  • A keen eye for detail and an aesthetic sense of style in fashion and beauty.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a dynamic sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient inventory management and display maintenance.
