Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production flow

• Manage steel fabrication/manufacturing processes efficiently

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies

• Lead, supervise, and motivate factory staff

• Plan production schedules and optimize resources

• Coordinate with management, procurement, and logistics teams

• Monitor costs, productivity, and operational performance

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the steel industry

• Proven experience as a Factory / Operations / Production Manager

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage teams and meet production targets

• Knowledge of safety standards and factory best practices
