Facility Manager

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in residential buildings, commercial properties, or community management.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Experience in managing daily site operations, maintenance activities, and service providers.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors.
• Experience in handling preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Knowledge of building inspections, maintenance reporting, and asset management.
• Ability to manage tenant/resident complaints and provide technical support.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE facility management standards and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all facility operations at the site.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all building systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and corrective works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports.
• Monitor service provider performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Handle technical complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
