Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, cleaners, and other maintenance staff.
- Assign work orders and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized services
- Verify completion and quality of outsourced work before sign-off.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support procurement when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and asset inventories.
- Prepare monthly operational reports and budget forecasts.
- Report major incidents and suggest improvement strategies to management.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
