Company: Gamma Engineering FZ LLC (Film Equipment Rental Company)

We are looking for Grip Assistants and Lighting Assistants to join our team. Candidates with experience in the film/production industry are preferred; however, if you do not have prior experience, we will provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in setting up, operating, and dismantling grip and lighting equipment.

·       Support the camera and lighting departments during shoots.

·       Ensure safe handling, loading, and unloading of equipment.

·       Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues.

·       Follow safety guidelines and instructions from senior crew members.

Requirements:

·       Age between 21 – 38 years (Prefer Philippines nationals) 

·       Experience in grip/lighting for film or TV production is an advantage (not mandatory)

·       UAE Manual Driving License is a strong advantage

·       Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours

·       Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the film equipment rental sector
