Job Description

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the food and beverage operations within our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that high-quality service and exceptional culinary delights are consistently delivered to our guests. You will manage daily operations, guide and mentor the F&B team, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in creating an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate events and cater to special requirements, ensuring that all SOPs are followed and that health and safety standards are upheld. You will also contribute to budget management and strive to achieve financial targets.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the food and beverage team efficiently.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to optimize performance and enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with chefs and management to plan and execute restaurant promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare reports on sales, budgets, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new F&B staff members.
  • Oversee the setting of dining areas to ensure perfect presentation and ambiance.
  • Coordinate and execute events, private dining, and catering requests effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations and service management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and relevant regulations is essential.
