EXPERIENCE AND PROGRAMMING TALENT UAE NATIONALS

We’re looking for Emiratis to join our Experience and Curation teams — individuals who are curious, creative, culturally aware, and excited by the idea of shaping moments that people remember.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the world of large-scale events, festivals, immersive experiences, and cultural programming across the United Arab Emirates. From early concepts and storytelling through to live execution, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how extraordinary experiences are brought to life.

You’ll work closely with industry professionals, creatives, strategists, and project teams across real projects and live events.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Support the Experience and Curation teams with research, creative thinking, and idea development

• Assist with planning and coordination across live projects, activations, and events

• Help source inspiration, trends, talent, cultural references, and audience insights

• Support on-ground event delivery and guest experience during live events

• Assist with presentations, moodboards, schedules, and project organisation

• Work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced creative environment

About You:

• Interested in events, culture, entertainment, storytelling, or creative industries

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

• A strong communicator with a positive attitude

Requirements:

✅ Emirati / United Arab Emirates National

✅ Recent graduate in events, marketing, communications, media, business, arts, hospitality, or related fields

✅ Fluent in English

✅ Based in United Arab Emirates

✅ Passionate about events, culture, and creativity
