About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Executive - Global Sales to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate travel and event logistics for leadership and regional teams, including flights, visas, bookings, and registrations.
  • Manage shared mailbox, ensuring inquiries and complaints are directed to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, shared drives, and records to support efficient daily operations.
  • Support procurement and finance processes by handling PRs/POs, supplier onboarding, payments, and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new joiners and GSAs, ensuring smooth setup of systems, tools, and access.
  • Provide administrative and project support to senior leaders, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of core hotelier operations
