We are seeking an energetic and experienced Automobile Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automobile Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by offering guidance and expert advice.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with repeat and potential customers.
  • Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features via comprehensive product presentations.
  • Achieve set sales targets and maximize dealership profitability through vehicle sales.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to expand sales and automotive product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the dealership database.
  • Negotiate vehicle prices and financing terms to close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper vehicle delivery and after-sales service.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance dealership reputation and customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed on new products, technological trends, and competitive products in the market.
  • Assist in establishing best practices and sales strategies within the dealership team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent attention to customer needs and requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and own transportation.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry and staying updated with trends and products.
