We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant & Office Manager – Dubai, UAE

Location: Dubai, UAE

About you!

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Flora Food Group is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our Regional President of AMEA & LATAM and ensure smooth office operations in our Dubai hub.

What You’ll Do

As Executive Assistant:

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and travel for senior leadership with a high level of professionalism
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
• Act as a reliable liaison with internal and external stakeholders and organize high-level events
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  
  

As Office Manager

• Oversee daily office operations and vendor relationships
• Manage supplies, facilities, and onboarding processes
• Support onboarding of new employees and maintain office policies and procedures
• Organize and coordinate internal events and meetings.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in executive support and office management
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for working in a dynamic, multi-cultural and entrepreneurial environment.
