We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, reports, and other necessary documents for executives.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence.
  • Support executives in developing and implementing strategic plans and operational practices.
  • Assist with special projects by planning, organizing, and executing required activities.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and update.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for various executive initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support during executive-led events and conference calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently and creatively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
