1.        In accordance with the Sales Team's request, please proceed with the preparation of a comprehensive and profitable quotation. This should be done after conducting a thorough on-site visit and conducting a meticulous analysis of the project drawings and material costs. It is essential that these RFI and Quotations are promptly submitted to the sales team.

2.      Establishing and maintaining a very good relationship with suppliers and vendors. Reach out to all possible sources and obtain numerous quotations for materials, employing negotiation tactics to secure the most favorable price without compromising on quality.

3.      Collaborate with the sales team to explain or gain further understanding about the product/materials, and support the sales team in finalizing the project.

4.      Effective use of systems and ensure accurate record-keeping for future comparison.

5.      Identifying potential financial risks associated with the project, and taking proactive measures.

6.      Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with client requirements and govt. regulations.

7.      Visit the site analyze and implement cost control measures.
