Job Description

As an ERP Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in the implementation, management, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for our clients. Your tasks will incorporate evaluating business procedures, monitoring client necessities, and configuring ERP solutions to enhance effectiveness and productivity within an organization. You'll work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including IT personnel and end-users, to ensure that the ERP applications meet business objectives. Additionally, the role involves delivering technical support and training to users, resolving ERP-related issues, and continuously refining system performance to align with evolving company demands. Your contribution will be pivotal in transforming traditional business processes into highly efficient, future-ready operations.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map business requirements to ERP system functionalities and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize ERP solutions according to their specific needs and requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test the technical components of the ERP system for efficacy and performance.
  • Manage and execute the configuration, administration, and setup of ERP applications and solutions.
  • Identify existing process inefficiencies and provide technological solutions to streamline operations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive user documentation for ERP systems.
  • Provide robust technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related issues and challenges.
  • Ensure system integration with third-party applications and maintain system interoperability.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance to improve scalability and functionality.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between IT and business users to enhance system understanding.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, trends, modules, and features for competitive edge.
  • Draft detailed project reports and assist in securing management approvals for ERP initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and management planning.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with multiple ERP platforms and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and process improvement strategies.
  • Capability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deliverables simultaneously.
