The ERP Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success by leading sales strategies and efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing business within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) sector. This position combines leadership, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in various industries. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their benefits to businesses, along with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the ERP Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, aligning them with the organization's overall strategic goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This role is crucial for fostering long-term partnerships and facilitating seamless integration of ERP solutions that optimize operational efficiencies for clients.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP market space.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP sales or a similar domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the ERP industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team effectively.
