Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer data, and competitive analysis to steer growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, and key industry players.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for new business initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of new business models, proposing action plans as needed.
  • Develop innovative revenue streams and ensure diversification of income sources.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify emerging market demands.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure alignment.
  • Provide leadership in the development and execution of new business deals and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a growth management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new business models.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influence skills in professional settings.
