Qualification : Bachelor of Nursing

Experience : 2+ years

Nationality : Nepal, Srilanka, Philippines, Pakisthan, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia and other GCC Nationalities


As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality healthcare, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide essential care and support to patients. You will employ your expertise and compassion to manage and assess patient needs, implement care plans, and provide accurate medical treatments and guidance. Your dynamic role will involve working directly with patients in various healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and community centers, monitoring their condition, offering critical guidance on health maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, as you will also be responsible for patient education and supporting families, enhancing overall patient satisfaction and outcomes. You will be at the forefront of delivering patient-centered clinical care and have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of the individuals and families you serve.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their health status and needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the quality of patient care.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' histories and activities.
  • Advocate for patients' health and well-being, ensuring ethical treatment.
  • Assist in emergency medical situations, providing rapid response and critical care.
  • Coordinate with specialists and other medical professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Ensure the implementation of infection control policies and practices.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active Registered Nurse license valid in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to make effective care decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records systems.
  • CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
