Job Description

An Enterprise Account Executive is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with large-scale enterprise clients. This role demands a highly motivated self-starter who can diligently manage a sales pipeline, foster new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across multiple sectors. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for understanding the customer's business needs, creating tailored solutions, and providing value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. They must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as they will be working closely with C-level executives and decision-makers to strategically position the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for enterprise clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand the client’s business objectives and align the company's offerings accordingly.
  • Lead the negotiation process with clients to secure profitable deals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Provide clients with industry insights, trends, and best practices to drive high-value engagements.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and professional networks to generate new leads.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Offer post-sale support and facilitate client feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in previous positions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies in an enterprise context.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools for managing sales activities.
