Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales performance of our company. You will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your goal is to achieve sales targets and drive maximum revenue growth. You should be able to efficiently convey the value of our products and services, build strong customer relationships, and be both proactive and customer-focused. In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This position requires an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate product value to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management for review.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to product development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and queries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the sales process.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
