Job Description

An ELV/ICT Project Manager is responsible for executing and overseeing various tasks associated with Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems within projects. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge in ELV and ICT systems, along with project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. The ELV/ICT Project Manager coordinates with different teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, and adhere to quality standards. The role is critical in managing resources efficiently while aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ELV and ICT systems projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Ensure all project tasks and deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals smoothly.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address potential delays.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in ELV/ICT technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ELV and ICT project management.
  • Strong understanding of ELV and ICT systems, standards, and protocols.
  • Proven experience in leading projects from conception to successful completion.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project.
