  • Support the account management team in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and reduce service issues.

  • Monitor account performance and suggest improvements to account managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
