Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate documentation of all work performed for future reference.

• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications.
• Perform upgrades and additions to circuits to increase capacity of systems.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings efficiently.
• Maintain tools, electrical devices, and equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Advise or recommend upgrades, repairs, or replacements for electrical systems and components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or apprenticeship.
• State-issued electrician license or certification required for eligibility.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code and local building codes.
• Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and hand and power tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in electrical work.
• Ability to interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and electrical code specifications.
