Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
• Develop and implement electrical work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical tasks.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Identify and rectify electrical issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Maintain and enforce strict health and safety protocols on all electrical projects.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on electrical progress and issues encountered.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure quality of outsourced electrical work.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior electrical team members.
• Manage inventory of electrical supplies and ensure availability for projects.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical installations before handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills within technical environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team collaboration ability.
• Proficiency in using electrical design and diagnosis tools and software.
