Job Description

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online sales and digital presence for our brand. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, ensuring an optimal customer experience, and implementing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. By staying at the forefront of ecommerce trends and technologies, you will enhance our digital sales channels and leverage data analytics to make informed decisions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ecommerce platform efficiently.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and analytics for management review regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or a similar online retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret web metrics and analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
