Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the online sales of a company by implementing strategic plans and optimizing processes to improve the digital customer experience. Responsible for managing online platforms, they ensure seamless operations, marketing, and customer interactions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of e-commerce platforms efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement online promotional campaigns.

  • Optimizing the user experience on e-commerce platforms to maximize sales.

  • Ensure all products are displayed accurately with updated descriptions and pricing.

  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce legal requirements and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience in managing online sales and e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and data.
