Job Purpose

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport customers and employees, as well as supporting the submission of banking documents. This role demands a high level of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service orientation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Transport Duties: Safely and efficiently pick up and drop off customers and employees to various destinations as required. Deliver samples to customers within UAE.
• Banking Support: Handle the submission of banking documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions and handle the cheque collection for finance.
• Documents Submission – Submission of documents related to import/export.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain company vehicles to ensure they are in good working and clean condition. Report any issues or necessary repairs promptly.
• Customer Service: Always provide a courteous and professional demeanor, addressing any concerns or queries from passengers.
• Scheduling: Adhere to a set schedule and route while being flexible to accommodate any changes or additional requests.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, and any incidents.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments within the company as and when required. AM: support to manufacturing and PM: support to Sales.
  
  

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver; experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle banking documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends if necessary.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance.
