About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with a Chemical Engineering / Chemistry background to support our clients’ water treatment operations. The engineer will be responsible for field sample analysis, chemical dosage optimization, and detailed reporting at customer sites. This is a field-intensive, client-facing role involving regular travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to client plants in Selaqui, Dahej, and Taloja.
• Collect and analyse water samples (process water, cooling water).
• Conduct on-site testing (pH, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride, phosphate, etc.).
• Recommend and adjust chemical dosing to maintain water treatment efficiency.
• Prepare and submit detailed technical service reports to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance during all site visits.
• Provide basic training/awareness to client operators on water chemistry and best practices.
  
  

• B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. or M.Sc. Chemistry. Chemical knowledge is must.
• 0–4 years of experience in water treatment, process chemicals, or related industries.
• Knowledge of field water analysis methods and chemical dosing practices.
• Comfortable with extensive travel by train. (minimum 15–18 days/month).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and customer communication skills.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in industrial water treatment programs (cooling towers, boilers, RO, ETP/STP).
• Ability to diagnose and solve water chemistry issues at client sites.
• Independent, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
