Director – Strategy

The Strategy team maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like whilst our Corporate Planning team ensures we prioritise investments across a broad range of competing priorities. Our Research teams analyse current and future operational performance so that we’re never playing catch-up and Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. Our Program Management team are responsible for the delivery of our strategies into realised benefits.

What You'll Deliver

• You’ll be responsible for shaping, communicating and driving the long-term strategic direction of the organisation. Leading the overall corporate strategy development, execution and performance monitoring whilst supporting development and execution of the airport masterplans
• You’ll provide insights through market analysis, benchmarking, and analysing performance metrics to inform executive decision-making
• You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners identifying opportunities to enhance airport performance and gain a deeper understanding of our guests and the related services, infrastructure, and commercial offerings
• You’ll develop and implement the customer insights strategy aligned with the airport’s vision of being the biggest and best by delivering a world-class guest experience
• You’ll lead the long-term strategic financial planning process across DA linking the financial plan to overall corporate strategy and communication with senior leadership teams and external parties
  
  

What You Bring

• You’ll be educated to a degree Level with a specialization in Strategy, Business Administration or related
• You’ll have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate strategy, Customer insights, Business information and Corporate finance within the Airline/Aviation Industry
• You’ll have previous experience in shaping and driving long-term strategies for an organization
• You’ll have proficiency in translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for audiences across senior management level as well as manage internal and external stakeholders.
