Job Description

The Director of Golf will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day golf operations of the facility, which include the golf shop, cart and bag storage facility and driving range. In addition, the Director of Golf and staff are highly involved with golf membership sales and retention as well as managing the golf shop retail operation. This position will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability through solid purchasing strategies, competitive pricing structure and effective sales and marketing programs.

Requirements

• B.A. degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably from a PGA Golf Management Program or equivalent
• Passed the PGA Players Ability Test (PAT)
• 3-years as 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Tier 1 Club
