Job Title: Director, Event Experiences

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Event Experiences

Location: Remote – Dubai based. Occasional travel required (20%)

Salary Range: 425,000 – 460,000 AED Annual

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

DEEL AE FZE’s client TIGER 21 (the “Client”) is seeking a Director of Event Experiences, based in Dubai, to lead the strategic design, planning, and execution of world-class Member-facing events across our global markets, with a focus on the EMEA/APAC region. This individual will play a vital role in supporting our global expansion by curating experiences that are culturally relevant, locally informed, and aligned with TIGER 21’s brand and mission.


The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with global customs and business practices—particularly within key markets such as the UAE, Singapore, India, the UK, Switzerland, Italy, and Portugal—with additional regions expected as the organization continues to grow. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury experiences and global event production, with a track record of delivering high-touch, seamless experiences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Events and the U.S.-based Director of Event Experiences to align global event strategy with TIGER 21’s overall goals and Member priorities.
  • Collaborate and engage with global operations and local Chairs for Member events and Chapter events.
  • Develop and recommend event calendars based on local customs, holidays, and Member interests in each market.
  • Lead end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, onsite management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Ensure every experience meets the highest standards of service and aligns with the TIGER 21 brand and values.
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Field Operations, Sponsorship, and Finance) to ensure cohesive execution and efficient use of resources.
  • Support sponsor deliverables and foster relationships with high-end brand partners globally.
  • Contribute to developing scalable systems and processes to support continued global expansion.

  • Event Execution & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously. Acute attention to detail. Able to oversee all aspects of event execution from concept to completion.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both planning and live event settings.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in anticipating challenges and offering solutions. Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt in real-time.
  • Member Experience Focus: Understands and delivers high-touch, luxury-caliber service experiences. Demonstrates an intuitive sense of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Autonomy: Capable of working independently, making sound decisions, and driving progress without constant oversight.
  • Professionalism: High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion when working with influential clientele.



DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of luxury event planning experience, ideally with a global scope.
  • Strong knowledge of cultures and business customs within the identified regions.
  • Experience working with luxury brands and vendors.


TECHNOLOGY:

·      Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

·      Experience with Cvent a plus.
