On behalf of a leading recruitment partner in Dubai, PolyTALENT is seeking an experienced Director / Business Development Manager in the field of Executive Search & Headhunting.

The role focuses on establishing and expanding the business in the UAE: winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, building and leading a team, and positioning the company as a trusted Executive Search partner. The partner supports companies in the UAE by recruiting highly qualified professionals and executives from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms in Dubai/GCC


• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

• Proven track record in B2B sales with strong results in C-level deal closing


• Leadership experience in building and managing teams


• Fluent English skills (written & spoken)


• B2 german skills (written & spoken)


• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and drive to establish a strong market presence in the UAE

• Background in Recruitment / HR / Executive Search


• Experience with success-based business models in professional services


• Existing network in the UAE or GCC region
