Job Overview

As a Digital Wealth Trade Specialist at Emirates NBD, your role is to enhance the digital wealth trading experience of clients being opening portfolio accounts to trade across global and local equity markets. Explain clients details of steps to open their portfolios on ENBD X and execute trades on the system. Provide information on products and services offered on the platform and other asset classes that are scheduled to be launched.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer calls and address all queries related to digital wealth journey mainly with regards to trade execution electronically across global equity markets and other asset classes
  • This job as part of the International Markets desk will require the trade specialist to handle all service request raised for Digital Wealth for retail customers
  • Manage calls forwarded by CCO team that require inputs from Digital Wealth Trade Specialist
  • Liaison with CCO team to support customer communication
  • Ensure responses to all queries are communicated to clients in a timely fashion
  • Monitor broker / counterparty line usage
  • Notify respective teams for additional limits as and when required for local markets
  • Notify IT / Channels in case of system glitches faced by clients
  • Monitor & Track client activity & experience on Digital Wealth

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of UAE Central Bank AML rules and regulations
  • Technical knowledge of Local and International Equity Markets
  • Knowledge of banking products and operations
