Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role combines creative thinking, analytical skills, and technical expertise to ensure the company’s digital presence is strong, consistent, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure alignment with campaign goals

SEO & SEM

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO best practices
  • Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement, analyze insights, and implement strategies to grow audience reach and engagement

Content & Email Marketing

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, newsletters, and promotional material
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences for personalized communication
  • Track open rates, click rates, and conversions to refine email strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track KPIs
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management
  • Use insights to suggest improvements for campaign optimization and user experience

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and algorithm changes in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnels
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification (a plus)

  • Increase in website traffic and engagement metrics
  • Growth in lead generation and conversion rates
  • Improved ROI and reduced cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
