Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving our brand's digital strategy. Your key responsibility will be to lead a dynamic team to execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will also analyze campaign performance and work closely with the creative, sales, and product teams to coordinate efforts and align goals. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical know-how, and strategic thinking to engage our target audience and convert those engagements into quantifiable business results. Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment.
  • Enhance the company’s social media presence with strategic planning and creative execution.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve digital visibility and traffic.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted campaigns and marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and advantage.
  • Coordinate and supervise tasks delegated to digital marketing specialists and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
