Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company or product. You will be expected to enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic and acquire leads or customers. Your duties will encompass various disciplines, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, ensuring that all efforts are cohesive and impactful. Moreover, analytics and reporting will be key aspects of your role as you will track the performance of campaigns and suggest optimizations to achieve maximum ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to create innovative and effective marketing strategies.

  • Manage and track digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and return on investment.
  • Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Understand and utilize analytics platforms to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a comparable industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team towards achieving set goals and targets.
