Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design system integrations.
• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budget.
• Identify areas for innovation and improvement within existing IT processes.
• Develop test scenarios and assist in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.

• Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and business units.
• Provide end-user support to ensure smooth adoption of new IT solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements where necessary.
• Develop and present reports and analysis for senior management and IT leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT business analysis or related role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software development, and business processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proven project management experience, including leading and managing IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
