Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. This position demands a creative and analytical thinker who can enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers. The role also involves managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, web analytics, and social media, to maximize profitability. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with other department leads to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and optimize marketing processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency. A keen understanding of current digital marketing trends and how they can be leveraged to achieve business goals is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms.
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the business's KPIs.
  • Lead efforts for organic and paid social media marketing to drive engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize online user experience and customer journey for better conversions.
  • Coordinate and execute social media, email, and display advertising campaigns effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within a similar managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking essential for the role.
