Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (aligned with Los Angeles working hours)

We are a fast-growing Security Services company building a strong marketing operations hub in Dubai to support our U.S. market. We are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketing Lead with proven, measurable results in lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing.

This role is built for professionals who own strategy, execute at a high level, and deliver ROI. This is not a training role and not suitable for junior marketers.

What You Will Own

Full ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution

Daily use of SEMrush for:

• Advanced keyword research
• Competitor analysis
• Technical SEO audits
• Rank tracking and performance reporting

Management and optimization of:

• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Email marketing strategy and execution (nurture sequences, campaigns, automation)

CRM management using HubSpot, including:

-Lead tracking and segmentation

-Automation workflows

-Pipeline and attribution setup

-Local SEO and Google Business Profile growth

-Conversion optimization across websites, funnels, and forms

-Budget management with a strong focus on ROI

Performance reporting with clear, actionable insights

You will have decision-making authority and operate with minimal micromanagement.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all requirements:

• 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience
• 5+ years of hands-on SEMrush experience

Proven success in:

• -SEO & Local SEO
• -Paid advertising (Google & Meta)
• -Email marketing & automation
• -Lead generation for service-based businesses

Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows and reporting

Strong knowledge of:

-Google Analytics & conversion tracking

-Pixels, tags, and attribution

-Funnels, landing pages, and CRO

Ability to provide case studies or performance metrics

Experience in security guard services, government contracting, or services marketing is an advantage

Ability to work night shift aligned with U.S. (Los Angeles) operations

This is an on-site role, and candidates who can join immediately must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
