Purpose of the role
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing the delivery of digital products and projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget while working closely with Digital Product Owners to align delivery plans with their product roadmaps. You will ensure efficient execution of digital initiatives across Lockton MENA operations.
Your Responsibilities
Agile and Iterative Delivery
Implement and manage Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative and efficient delivery.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Ensure that deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.
Project Management
Create and maintain detailed project plans, scheduled, track milestones and deliverables for product releases and updates.
Coordinate the planning and lead the execution, and delivery of digital projects and solutions.
Collaborate with product owners and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are managed effectively.
Support product owners and head of digital to develop and manage delivery pipeline of enhancements, improvement, and new products & solutions.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Team & Resource Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, partners/ vendors, and business stakeholders to manage and allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify resource needs and manage recruitment or allocation as necessary.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
Ensure delivered products meet acceptance criteria defined by product owners and stakeholders.
Implement testing and validation processes for digital products
Implement and maintain delivery best practices and project management standards.
Conduct retrospectives and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Reporting and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business, leadership, and external partners on product and solution
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Prepare and deliver periodic project reports summarizing delivery status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
Present project progress and performance metrics to organization top management on regular basis.
Escalate critical issues, risks, and blockers to senior leadership with proposed resolution plans.
Maintain executive dashboards and status reports for portfolio visibility at management level.
Experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar delivery role for 5-8 years.
Demonstrated success in delivering digital projects on-time and on-budget.
Experience coordinating with product owners and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, other planning tools).
Understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle and digital product delivery.
Industry Knowledge
2-3 years of experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred.
Understanding of digital product development processes.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Project management, Information Systems, or related field.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
Soft Skills
Ability to work in dynamic and ever-changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills for addressing delivery challenges.
