Data Entry Specialist

Noorka Logistics is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient management of company data, supporting our logistics operations, and maintaining the smooth flow of information across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management and clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data sharing
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
