Job Description

Pre-sales Coordination

• Run order desk for pre-sales, entering details into system and following up with the supply chain for pre-loading
• Regulating and prioritizing sales orders on a first come first serve basis
• Prepare and implement efficient daily delivery and load schedules on pre-sell routes based on customer priority set by divisions
• Maintain records of daily invoices/order forms and delivery schedules along with customer data efficiency
• Ensure all brands/SKU’s in the company portfolio are available in the warehouse and any shortages are reported to the management team on a daily basis
• Support successful execution of special promotions, deliveries, and projects (delivery, backroom management and POSM)
  
  

Reporting

• Maintaining route sales analysis and reporting to sales management on a weekly basis
• Monthly reporting on any discrepancies between orders and deliveries
• Regular reporting on quality control of the pre-sales operations including recommendations on changes to improve the process
  
  

Skills

• Communication skills, able to work as part of a team, professional and mature attitude, time management, organized.
• Understanding of MS office
• Able to work under pressure, fluent English communication, ability to diffuse tension within the team
• Minimum Graduate , 2+ years FMCG and/or retail experience
