Job Description

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.

Responsibilities

As our Data Analyst, you’ll turn complex trading and client data into clear stories that guide product and growth decisions. Working day-to-day with product, marketing, and finance, you’ll track performance, uncover trends, and recommend concrete actions that cut costs and boost revenue. Your command of SQL, Python, and statistics will keep every recommendation rock-solid.

  • Query optimisation: Build and tune SQL that sifts terabytes of trading data, cutting run-times and ensuring every downstream dataset is clean.
  • Predictive modelling: Use Python and R to craft models that forecast client behaviour and revenue swings, enabling proactive moves by product and marketing.
  • Dashboard ownership: Design and maintain real-time dashboards so stakeholders spot performance shifts within minutes instead of weeks.
  • Insight generation: Distil multi-source trends into clear recommendations that lift acquisition efficiency, retention rates, and lifetime value.
  • Experiment design: Structure A/B tests with product and marketing, ensuring valid results and quantifying incremental gains before rollout.
  • Statistical rigour: Apply advanced statistics to separate signal from noise and express every insight with clear confidence intervals.
  • Tool innovation: Scout and implement new data tools to automate reporting pipelines and halve analysis turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Data manipulation: Advanced SQL plus Python / R for querying, cleaning, and modelling large datasets.
  • Dashboarding: Build and maintain Tableau (or similar) dashboards that guide day-to-day decisions.
  • Statistical foundation: Apply core statistics to confirm patterns and avoid false signals.
  • Problem-solving: Tackle ambiguous questions and master new tools fast.
  • Communication & language: Explain findings clearly in English at CEFR B2 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • Industry: Experience in FinTech is highly preferred.
  • Marketing analytics: Experience analysing paid-channel performance and attribution.
  • API integration: Connect and automate data flows with Google, Facebook, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Python scripts.
  • Visualisation depth: Comfort with advanced Tableau features or other BI tools.
  • Organisation: Keep multiple analyses moving without losing detail.

What will you get in return?

  • Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated.
  • Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you—because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock.
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Celebrate your achievements with a well-deserved annual bonus tied to your performance.
  • Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry.
  • Employee Referral Program: Love working here? Share the love! Bring your talented friends on board and get rewarded for growing our awesome team.
  • Comprehensive Health & Pension Benefits: From medical insurance to pension plans, we’ve got your back. Plus, location-specific benefits and perks!
  • Workation Wonderland: Live your digital nomad dreams with 30 extra days to work remotely from anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply). Adventure awaits!
  • Volunteer Days: Make a difference! Take two additional paid days each year to support causes you care about and give back to the community.
