Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Meet personal and team customer service targets and call handling quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies effectively.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to ensure informed customer service.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred but not mandatory.
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a professional setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • High school diploma with additional qualifications in customer service preferred.
