Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at 15N25. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high quality of service that defines our brand. You will be expected to provide first-rate assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using company systems.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up for resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints accurately.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets to achieve department goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest product information and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required for this position.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role expected for this job.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills mandatory for successful interaction.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
