Job Description

The Customer Relationship Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with fostering strong and sustainable relationships between the company and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications, inquiries, and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment in customer strategies.
  • Train and guide team members on effective customer relationship management practices.
  • Track and manage customer account metrics to assess performance and inform decisions.
  • Work proactively to bring customers innovative ideas and solutions for their challenges.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving for customer-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
