Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents for IT projects.
• Act as a liaison between technical development teams and business units to ensure clarity.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and document business requirements accurately.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations.
• Create user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and facilitate testing through to sign-off.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set by the organization.
• Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
• Provide technical and process guidance to business units as needed for various applications.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks or issues to stakeholders proactively.
• Design, document, and implement new procedures and processes for improved efficiency.
• Support change management and assist in training end-users to increase business solutions adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a business analysis role within the IT sector.
• Proficiency with business analysis methodologies and project management principles is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with stakeholders clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail required.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and user guides is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
