We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Operations Officer to join our dynamic team.   • Monitor and report on customer service metrics and feedback trends to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer service activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service staff to enhance their skills.
  • Identify and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate departments for swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with product teams to address quality issues and relay information to customers.
  • Organize and participate in customer engagement events to boost brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a coordinated team.
