We are seeking a passionate Medical Science Liaison (Bio-Dermatology) to accelerate medical innovation across the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will elevate LEO Pharma’s scientific profile while driving high-quality scientific exchange with industry leaders as part of a forward-thinking, international Medical Affairs team.

Your role

Build a Scientific Credibility Of LEO In The Biologic Market With Established And Emerging Kol’s In The Assigned Territory, And Ensures The Company’s Compliance With The PV Framework For LEO Medicinal Products, Cosmetics And Medical Devices & Compliance With The Local Health Authority Regulations. Overall Accountability For All PV Activities, Training And Deliverables In UAE

• Elevate LEO Pharmas scientific standing by engaging with established and emerging Key External Experts across the UAE.
• Serve as a therapeutic area expert, enabling peer-to-peer scientific exchange on products, treatment trends, and relevant research.
• Maintain a strong and credible medical presence within key accounts, supporting the clinical and safety profile of innovative, emerging products.
• Build and execute strategic KEE engagement plans and thoroughly document interactions and insights.
• Enable research collaborations, address medical information requests (including safety/off-label topics), and deliver impactful presentations at meetings or conference

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of MSL experience in the UAE, ideally within immunology/dermatology.
• Medical or life sciences degree (PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• UAE resident with a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Deep knowledge of the clinical research process: product development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong healthcare partnerships.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will join an international team of experienced and supportive MSLs, Sales, Marketing and Market Access teams in Dubai, you will be reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs and working closely with the colleagues in the UAE Affiliate.
