About The Role

Our Culinary Division professionals focus on delivering exceptional fine dining and casual dining experiences across a wide range of exciting F&B outlets. Were currently recruiting for various roles across our best performing restaurants and looking for skilled and motivated Chefs with different backgrounds to join the team as:

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy on Safety Procedures, Food Hygiene and Food Handling
• To ensure all quality ingredients are accurately ordered, received, and stored
• To ensure all dishes are professionally prepared in accordance with recipes, plating guides, buffet set ups, with an emphasis on maximizing production
• To assist with menu implementations, creation and development of new dishes and recipes, all by keeping up with the latest market trends
• To monitor cleanliness and hygiene of all areas of responsibility in collaboration with stewarding and the Hygiene Officer
• To train and develop culinary colleagues according to the monthly training plan
  
  

About You

We are looking for energetic and resilient Chefs with previous experience in high volume environment, ideally with background in a 5* property. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and have excellent knowledge of fine dining food preparation standards. You will possess an accredited culinary certificate and be proficient with Dubai general health and safety standards and procedures in the workplace.
