Job Description
Your Tasks
- Manage end-to-end customer order processes — from order receipt to delivery at customer warehouse — ensuring high service levels.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external customers to resolve order-related queries and issues promptly.
- Monitor and drive improvements in customer service performance, including service level KPIs and order fulfillment metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution and product availability.
- Support new product launches by coordinating timely deliveries across relevant markets.
- Work with logistics service providers (LSPs) to ensure smooth execution of warehousing and transportation operations.
- Assist in optimizing distribution and logistics costs through process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., service level, delivery lead times, cost metrics) and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong customer orientation.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting to drive performance improvements.
