Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive role based in Dubai.

Experience:

• UAE Real Estate Developer experience is mandatory.
• We need someone who should have a good understanding of the end-to-end real estate workflow 
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Systems: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Yardi systems is required. Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and manage customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer relationships.
• Update and maintain customer data in Odoo and Yardi systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
